Everest Log Structures offers two options for log homes. The complete package includes a completed home including all associated labour. The "Do-It-Yourself" package includes the materials and plans required to create your own home.

Our clients can chose to purchase a package and construct themselves based on a few popular floor plans. Or our clients may also wish to have our crews build all or part of the project. We can provide a full completed package from initial conception through to final landscaping including tree and shrub planting to natural stone retaining walls and patios. We can also look after obtaining all necessary permits required for construction.

We use Eastern White Cedar logs in choices of 7", 8", or 9" diameter.

The logs are triple tongue and groove with saddle notch corners and provide excellent thermal value.

Type of roofing, window, doors, interior and exterior finishing details are selected by the clients with a wide variety of choices.

The Cedar logs we purchase are kiln dried prior to processing and therefore will shrink very little. This is a distinct advantage since it means that windows, doors and interior walls don't have to be adjusted each year.
